Throughout his career, William has held various roles in prestigious organizations such as the University of Missouri, SIT Graduate Institute, School for International Training, Taft School, Patagonia Inc, and St. Olaf College.

He has served as an Assistant Director of Study Abroad, Madrasa Teacher Training Conference member, Study Abroad Program Manager, Environmental Grants Manager, and held roles in sales and international studies assistance.
