William Martin is a seasoned professional with a robust background in establishing innovative public-private partnerships to drive positive outcomes for individuals, families, employers, and communities.

Currently, William serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Wisconsin Diversified Investments, LLC, overseeing Badger State Opportunity Fund, Wisconsin's pioneering statewide diversified and tax-advantaged investment fund. In parallel, William holds the position of Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Racine, spearheading the city's Smart City initiative.

William Martin's educational journey includes studying Public Policy/Administration at the University of Chicago, earning a B.A. in Economics & Management from Beloit College, and pursuing certificates in General Studies and Commercial Real Estate from institutions like Beit Sefer-Yokne'am in Israel and Cornell University.

Throughout his career, William has held various leadership roles, including President at Jericho Resources, Inc., Director of Strategic Workforce Development Initiatives at the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Director of Business & Community Engagement at Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA), Senior Program Officer at WHEDA Foundation, and Senior Vice President of Workforce Development at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. Moreover, he has served as Deputy Director in the Office of Wisconsin Governor Tommy G. Thompson and as Assistant to the City Manager in the City of Beloit.
