May is many things… including Mental Health Awareness Month. If you're looking for an opportunity to not just show your support this month, but to really make an impact, check out the crowdfunding campaign we just kicked off here at FundaMental Health.
Whether you contribute to the campaign or forward this post along to your network - we appreciate it all.
ALSO, reach out to someone you know who may be struggling this month… There's no pressure to solve their problems or bend over backwards—sometimes a simple 'Hey, how are you doing?' can go a very long way.
