Xinyang Fan is a joint PhD candidate at the University of Melbourne and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology Germany. His expertise lies in Environmental Engineering and Data Analysis.

With a solid background in environmental modeling and computational data analysis, Xinyang has led and participated in various interdisciplinary scientific projects related to water resources, climate change, geophysical techniques, and environmental remediation in research institutions across Australia, Germany, and China.

Aside from his scientific pursuits, Xinyang also has experience in the exhibition consulting industry, where he served as a research assistant for two years.

He is known for his collaboration skills, having successfully worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and countries towards achieving team success. Xinyang has a keen interest in interdisciplinary research and is particularly motivated by opportunities in academia and industry to contribute towards developing a sustainable world in the face of climate change challenges.
