Highlights
Tzameret Fuerst delivered her master class, Hacking Your Blind Spots, to our group at Google AI Research. She began by sharing her entrepreneurial journey, its challenges, and lessons learned, and then moved on to facilitating interactive sessions that gave us practical tools for tackling the challenges of entrepreneurship in any environment - startup or corporate Intrapreneurship. The workshop went above and beyond all of our expectations. First of all, bottom line, she succeeded to influence and touch each one of us; to create these "aha" moments, like illuminating our past and highlighting how specific changes can bring us closer to achieving our goals today and "from now on I'm going to commit such and such a habit" to attain success. In addition, we simply enjoyed listening to Tzameret (she was just born with it - an authentic presence that penetrates you), thinking in working groups and sharing insights. The process was so interesting and innovative that a whole group of brilliant and experienced people, accustomed to inspiring international lectures, barely touched the phone all day. For us, that is the ultimate sign of accomplishment (plus anonymous evaluation forms that gave her the highest ratings). Waiting for more…
