Currently, Yan Yan Ho serves as a Manager in Customer Experience and Marketing at the prestigious Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). Prior to this role, Yan Yan Ho has held various key positions within the organization, including Lead in Customer Experience & Marketing, Lead in Consumer Businesses, and Senior Officer.

Before joining the EDB, Yan Yan Ho gained valuable experience as a Unilever Leadership Intern in Marketing at Unilever. Yan Yan Ho also interned at the Singapore Economic Development Board, where responsibilities included Marketing and Communications, as well as a Summer Intern role.
