Today I had the honor of speaking at LANDEURO - the annual U.S. military conference in Europe in Wiesbaden, alongside @OlKubrakov and representatives from HelsingAI and @SierraNevCorp.

I spoke about how much we’ve learned from the military personnel who use products by @thefourthlawai and @SystemsOdd.

About how technology empowers soldiers but cannot replace them — and why the first thing manufacturers and innovators must do is talk to the service members, who are the end users of these tools.

I also spoke about the future of battlefield technology, the parts of it which are already becoming clear, and the paradigm shift brought by the integration of software into weapons and robotic platforms.

It was a fascinating conference. You could literally hear people talking about the need to "catch up with Ukrainian brigades in terms of [insert capability/domain]".

On the expo floor — American companies mostly preparing for a very different kind of war; European and Israeli companies with noticeably different mindsets but more limited resources. Many interesting conversations were had.

Ukraine has a lot to offer the world, much to learn, and many potential partners to collaborate with. Lots of work ahead.
