Yasser Baki is an accomplished professional with a strong background in international relations. He holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government and a Master of Arts (MA) in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge. Yasser has a wealth of experience working with various international organizations, including the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) where he has held prominent roles such as Head of COVID-19 Policy, Chief Of Staff, and Chief of the Office of the Under Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs & Emergency Relief Coordinator.

Prior to his roles at the United Nations OCHA, Yasser Baki served as the First Secretary for Peacebuilding and Humanitarian Affairs at the UK Mission to the United Nations, Deputy Head of the Libya Unit at the Department for International Development, and as a Private Secretary to the Secretary of State at the Department for International Development.
