Highlights
When Paris was awarded the Games, I was thrilled and couldn't wait to see this event that I love so much in my country. When I applied on the volunteer platform, I hoped to be able to take part in the festivities from the inside, contributing in my own small way to the success of the Games. When I agreed to join the photo team at the Stade de France, I hoped to be able to attend at least one athletics session and maybe see some of the athletes I admire in action. My hopes and expectations were far exceeded, and I've just experienced an adventure that will last forever. I could never have imagined attending eight track and field sessions, most of them at the trackside, just like at home, among the athletes. To feel the pressure, the joy, the sadness and the power of these exceptional athletes. I could never have imagined seeing the packed Stade de France, every morning at 10am, catch fire and vibrate with every appearance of a French athlete, whether in the men's relay final or the women's 800m repechage. I could never have imagined experiencing such strong emotions with coaches, spectators, families and friends of athletes from all over the world. A big thank you to Paris 2024 for this opportunity, to Richard Lam , Alban Colombel , Lysianne Jammet , Jonas Lelouey and Eddy L. for their trust and kindness, to the photographers with whom I was able to collaborate and exchange and of course to this fabulous team of volunteers with whom I evolved on a daily basis. Paris 2024 was a symphony without a false note. A beautiful celebration that brought the world together for a moment. I lived a childhood dream. 🥇🇫🇷
