Yu-Ning Hwang

Yu-Ning Hwang is an accomplished professional with a strong background in urban planning and architecture. She holds a Master's in Public Policy with a focus on urban planning from Harvard Kennedy School, a Bachelor's in Architecture from the National University of Singapore, and has studied at LASALLE College of the Arts.

With a wealth of experience in the public sector, Yu-Ning has held key positions in various prestigious organizations. She currently serves as the Chief Planner & Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA). Previously, she was a Board Member at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore and held advisory roles at the NUS School of Design and Environment, Science Centre Singapore, and the Urban Land Institute.

Yu-Ning Hwang has been actively involved in the Urban Land Institute, where she served in several capacities including Global Governing Trustee, Member of the Singapore Council, and Co-Chair for Women's Leadership Initiative. Additionally, she has held significant roles in the public sector, including Director (Land & Live ability) at Strategy Group in the Prime Minister's Office, Group Director (Physical Planning) at the Urban Redevelopment Authority, and Deputy Director (Strategic Planning) at the Ministry of National Development.
