Yulkendy Valdez is a distinguished social entrepreneur, social justice advocate, and consultant with a strong passion for projects centered around diversity, equity, and inclusion, entrepreneurship, education, the future of work, and social impact.

She is an alumna of Babson College, a renowned institution known for entrepreneurship, and has received prestigious accolades like being named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and as one of the Latino 30 Under 30 honorees by El Mundo Boston.

Originally from the Dominican Republic and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Yulkendy has extensive travel experience, having visited over 40 countries for both work and leisure.

Yulkendy's professional journey includes roles such as Product Manager at Visible Hands, Chef in Residence & Consultant at Anti-racist Hot Dogs, Entrepreneur In Residence at Get Sh!t Done, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant/Public Speaker in her self-employment capacity.

She has also been involved with various organizations and initiatives, including Techstars as a Mentor, Future Founders as a Fellow, Camelback Ventures as a Fellow and Alumni Contractor, and NewSchools Venture Fund as a Council Member, among others.

Yulkendy has a background in management consulting with PUMA Group, experience as a Summer Analyst at Innosight, and has held roles in notable organizations such as NationSwell, Forefront (as a Co-Founder & CEO), and One Young World as an Ambassador.
