Yurianna Kim is a dedicated doctoral student passionate about creating new knowledge in organizational behavior with a focus on topics such as voice, identification, and intergroup differences.

With prior work experience at General Mills and Notre Dame, Yurianna has developed skills in data analysis, presentation design, storytelling, program management, customer/donor relationship management, and leadership.

Yurianna's educational background includes studying at East China Normal University, Yonsei University, and obtaining a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management, Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame.

Currently a Management PhD student at the University of Texas at Austin, Yurianna has previously held roles such as Assistant Director of Advisory Councils and Special Projects, Assistant Director to the Vice President of University Relations at Notre Dame, and various positions at General Mills.
