Last week, I learned one of my remote full time team members has been working for another company for over 4 months, which explained the decrease in the individual's performance, lower productivity and slower communication. I am certain that our company is not the only one that has employees claiming to be working 100% full time while performing full time work for another company. I have always been a proponent of the hybrid work model, but I am uncertain about what actions I should take as a leader.
