This so much. I have ranted many times now with @sunnywash that all these acronyms are incoherent. The goal is to optimize for AI favoring user intent/answering questions over keywords. So, something like “Site/Content Optimization for AI/Intelligent Agents” makes more sense. 🤷

That one time Sunny Washington and I were like, "Ok, but like, what if we tried shifting customers off of our app and tried delivering value directly via existing tools using fully autonomous AI?" We figured it was worth a shot given we are still early, we had flexibility in our agentic-based infrastructure, and noting that most B2B startups top requested features are always CSV exports and data integrations with other tools . . .

After two weeks of testing . . . we've seen an +80% increase in conversion rate, a +36% increase in revenue, and a time to value of less than 1 minute. While it's still early, the implications of AI are becoming more apparent daily: the standard execution plans are ferociously being upended at an alarming rate, and the once high-value of niche UI's thinly wrapping a database are quickly diminishing. Lots to figure out, but the future is amazing for those willing to take the leap into this new era of software. ✨
