Highlights
Do you know any marketers who want build marketing programs at a startup that uses both robotics and software to help fix big problems around construction collaboration? Think someone would enjoy working for me, and I'd love learning from them in return?
I'm hiring a Sr. Marketing Campaigns Manager!
I'm a month and a half into my time at Dusty Robotics, and the honeymoon hasn't worn off at all -- it's a great team / culture, and our customers love our solution.
Note: the role is in-person in Mountain View, California; not looking at remote candidates right now.
Please share this with your network, or tag anyone who might be a fit. We're hiring for a few other roles as well (across Sales, CS, and Engineering).

I've spent the last few months helping a few great companies with their GTM messaging and positioning, and had been loving the work -- but I'm even more excited to announce that I've joined Dusty Robotics as head of marketing. Our platform automates the BIM-to-field workflow and automates the construction layout process.
I've known of Dusty and its great team for years -- the construction technology market and Bay Area tech world are both relatively small places -- and I was continually impressed by the way they solve big problems and their passion to (in the words / vision of my last employer, Procore) "improve the lives of everyone in construction".
Just this morning, I was on a jobsite (seen in this photo along with one of our robots), less than a week into the job, talking to a foreman who has been doing layout for several decades of his career, and he went into detail about how much better Dusty's solution is than the status quo -- nothing beats hearing that directly from a customer of your new company!
Thanks to everyone I've talked to about career paths and consulting the last few months, and I look forward to continuing to build great things with everyone who reads this -- there's no end of work to get done and learn as a part of a new team.
If you have deep expertise in the domain areas I've spent less time -- Robotics on the product side and Demand Gen / Marketing Operations on the marketing side -- and want to chat, I'd love to re-connect with you!
