Currently serving as the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead at Google, Zanoon leads initiatives such as Women4Good and plays a vital role in fostering diversity and inclusion within the organization.

With a strong background in social impact entrepreneurship, Zanoon has spearheaded the development of the Bay Area's largest social impact community for women, boasting over 1500 members and fostering key partnerships with nonprofit and corporate entities.

Zanoon's expertise extends to employee engagement and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), having co-founded Google's prominent $90M employee giving program, organized skills-based volunteering programs, and actively engaged in building and empowering Women's ERGs.

Passionate about racial and social justice activism, Zanoon is dedicated to empowering citizens to take action through initiatives such as Giving Funds, Community Calls, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) trainings.

An alumnus of the University of Waterloo, Zanoon has also pursued specialized education in Corporate Citizenship Management Intensive at Boston College and completed the Stanford Ignite Entrepreneurship program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Zanoon's involvement in global initiatives includes serving as a One Young World Ambassador and being a member of the Advisory Council for 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics.
