His collaborative spirit and commitment to quality quickly led him to ascend the ranks within Tucows, where he held multiple roles including Development Team Lead, Program/Product Manager, and eventually Director of Engineering, leading teams through the complexities of technology integration.
His journey continued as he took on the role of VP Engineering for two significant companies: Intellitix and AudienceView. In these roles, Zhelko was able to take a strategic perspective on technology, understanding not only how to manage development, but also how to align technology with broader business objectives.
