As we close out #MentalHealthMonth, I’ve been reflecting on the importance of building a workplace that fosters purpose, fulfilment, and balance – and how we, as people leaders at Transcarent, are working to set good examples for our teams. Let’s continue to reinforce our commitment to celebrating the dynamic lives of the individuals on our teams and to helping them set the boundaries they need to excel at work and in life.
Wishing everyone a happy and healthy summer and beyond!
Following Chicago SHRM last week, I was fortunate to host local #HR leaders for dinner. The group connected and discussed point solution fatigue, working with #ERGs to ensure equitable benefits, and managing costs while building a benefits package that best aligns with the needs of our employees and their families.
It was an outstanding evening filled with good food and even better conversation - I walked away new relationships and great perspectives from other #HRleaders across sectors!
