Zolton Zavos is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in the music and digital media industries.

Currently, Zolton serves as the Australian and New Zealand A&R representative for BandLab, a prominent social music creation platform with a vast user base.

In this role, Zolton engages in artist scouting and outreach, utilizing platforms like Chartmetric, TikTok, and Spotify, along with recommendations from renowned industry figures, to discover and foster emerging musical talent in Australasia and beyond.

Moreover, Zolton initiated the Pro Feedback program at BandLab, which provides personalized feedback and guidance to music creators from a curated group of 70 leading producers, tapping into his extensive network within the music production and management sectors.

Prior to his tenure at BandLab, Zolton founded SongChecks.com, a platform designed to offer indie musicians access to award-winning mixing, production, and mastering experts, aiming to enhance their music creation skills.

Additionally, Zolton co-founded Conversant Media, an Australian digital media company that managed various online publications focusing on culture, sports, and tech lifestyle.

Through Conversant Media, Zolton and his team successfully grew the business, leading to its acquisition by HT&E in 2016.

Zolton's leadership was instrumental in the success of Lost At E Minor, one of the publications under Conversant Media, which was recognized as a Lovemark brand by industry luminary Kevin Roberts.

Zolton holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in History from UNSW, underscoring his academic prowess alongside his professional achievements.
