Why is Mesh free for personal use?
At Mesh, we believe everyone should have access to tools that help them be more thoughtful in their relationships!
How does your free trial work?
We let members start with a free 14-day trial of Pro to experience the full potential of the app. You have the option to downgrade to Mesh Personal within Settings even before the trial ends, and you won't be charged unless you choose to keep your Mesh Pro subscription.
Why do you require a credit card for free trials?
Requiring a valid credit card to access the platform allows us to filter out illegitimate users and prevent nasty stuff like spam and bots that take advantage of our infrastructure.
How do I cancel my trial or subscription?
Go to Settings > Profile and look for the "Cancel Plan" button. Apple App Store subscribers can cancel in the App Store subscriptions tab. You'll find detailed instructions here!
Do you offer educational and nonprofit discounts?
Yes, Mesh is happy to sponsor three (3) months of Mesh Pro for students, educators, and 501(c)(3) organizations. If you fall under one of these categories, send us a message at [email protected].
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and handle payments securely through Stripe. If you're using our iOS app, you can also subscribe directly through the App Store.
