He served as an Officer focusing on Learning and Technology at UNICEF, previously worked as an Officer in Learning and Development at IFRC, and also held the position of Senior Assistant for training program coordination at IFRC. Prior to these roles, Abel contributed his skills as an Officer handling Youth, Volunteering, Health, First Aid, and Elderly People-related initiatives at the Red Cross EU Office. He began his professional journey as an Intern in Communication at the Red Cross EU Office.
