Adam has worked on projects involving heavy equipment automation, medical devices both implantable and non-implantable, automotive electrical systems, and vehicle radio frequency systems. He is well-versed in supplier quality and part reliability management within global organizations.

His expertise includes technical problem solving, recognized through his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and Statistical Engineering Journeyman Certification. Adam's specialties also lie in quality systems, medical devices, and electronic modules and systems. Adam pursued his MBA in Operations Management/Strategy at Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business. Prior to that, he studied BSE in Electrical Engineering at the University of Michigan and BS in General Science with a Physics Emphasis and Mathematics Minor at Morehouse College.

Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Quality Assurance at MOBA Mobile Automation, Adam has held various roles in reputable organizations such as Sonoco, Facet Technologies LLC, Stryker, KIA Motors Manufacturing Georgia, and General Motors. His experience also includes internships at NASA and Milliken & Company, highlighting his diverse background in engineering.

With a participative leadership style, Adam excels in cross-functional team building and is known for his ability to learn new concepts, adapt to change, mentor others, and efficiently solve technical problems.
