Adrian Bliss is the Environment and Sustainability Account Leader for International Development at Mott MacDonald.2 With over 25 years of experience in the environmental, sustainability, and climate sectors, Bliss has developed expertise in sustainable policy, technical guidance development, and the application of international environmental and sustainability standards.2
