Today I celebrated 3 years at Fiverr. I'm very thankful to come to the office every day and get to work with smart, hardworking, and fun people.
And - it just so happens that my fantastic co-team lead Jacky celebrated four years at Fiverr last week. It was great to be able to celebrate this milestone together.
Thanks to Yoav for the opportunity to continue to learn and try new things, and to Natasha for bringing me on.
In the Business Verticals group we manage and build services that have different needs than Fiverr's more creative services of logos, illustrations and voice overs - and we advocate for different experiences that increase trust and ease communication in services like website development, social media management, and tax consulting.
Over the past year the team has made many strides in this direction - a new Consulting Vertical, a hugely successful tax season campaign, vetting licensed professionals, and a new Professions catalog to highlight our freelancers and put their skills at the forefront.

This past week, I took part in presenting the new Professions based catalog at Fiverr's 2024 Summer Product Release.
This was a project that was touched by almost every team at Fiverr over the past six months - and together we accomplished something truly incredible. Freelancers are able now able to present their full selves and skillset via their professions, and buyers needed more complex services are able to find freelancers that answer the needs of their entire project.
It's a journey that's been in the works since December 2023 - but it's addressing pain points that we've been talking about for years. Huge respect to Omer Ben-Ami for leading the way and making it all come to life. 💪
