Highlights
Negotiating the terms of a business relationship is an important part of a vetting process & should not be rushed through. Companies use up some our most valuable assets like our time & life force, so it is important to get a glimpse of the work environment, culture & values. Requesting a day or time with at least one current employee to ask candid questions is invaluable....This post is excellent advice for individuals who seek employment & especially in a specific environment. For instance, if you want to be a happy employee, ask to connect with some of their current happy employees...Is it time for companies to give as many references as they ask for? What do you think? Is this already happening?

Before getting into another Corporate situationship, look into the public records & EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) complaints. These complaints are available, public records of the employee/employer relationship & how the company responds to employees requesting work environments free of the unnecessary deplorables like misery, toxicity, racism & sexism. (to name a few.)
Often these complaints provide a glimpse & show the daily contradictions & contrasts of employee life & if the Company abuses some employees by not paying fairly, evaluating fairly, stealing credit, stifling careers...to name a few. (again)
Does that company still sound ideal? If so, maybe then continue the conversation.
