Directora AprenderDelError® - Mg. Coach Organizacional - Agile y Executive Coach - Speaker - Trainer - Liderazgo y Género - Ex. Fuckup Nights BA - (Contadora)

Alejandra Marcote is a professional with a diverse background, starting out as a Contadora focusing on strategic planning and financial analysis in multinational corporations and SMEs for over 15 years.

After a personal journey of exploration, she delved into areas like communication, organizational coaching, public speaking training, and entrepreneurship to reshape her professional purpose.

Inspired by TED talks and PechaKucha Nights, Alejandra found a passion for organizing impactful events, leading her to co-organize collaborative work sessions for entrepreneurs like #MaratonEmprending.

She overcame communication challenges by joining a public speaking coaching team, embracing storytelling, and empowering others to speak in public, ultimately rediscovering her own communication skills.

Having experienced failed entrepreneurial attempts, Alejandra founded the movement called Fuckup Nights BA, which conducted public and in-company events where failure stories were shared with over 6000 attendees.

Currently, Alejandra specializes in reframing errors and failures as valuable learning sources, developing the Aprender Del Error® methodology to promote personal, group, and organizational transformation through a cultural shift.

This methodology has evolved into various forms like Talks, Workshops, Events, In-company training, Coaching for leaders, and even a Podcast.

Aside from her expertise in error learning, Alejandra also assists organizations in becoming more agile by offering services as an Agile Coach, Digital Transformation Consultant, group conversation Facilitator, personal Leadership Trainer, and innovation and entrepreneurship Workshop facilitator.

She is dedicated to empowering women and promoting gender equality in leadership positions within organizations.

Alejandra also enjoys connecting people and exploring the city as a tourist, organizing the #AftersEnTerrazas series to introduce beautiful sites in Buenos Aires to over 5000 participants.
