Great to be featured on the The Coach's Journey podcast as part of a group coaching call by Robbie Swale - along with Joey Owen, David Norris ILM7 and Hazel Martin ICF PCC

It is lovely to be able to showcase the amazing experience of being a member of Robbie's coaching community, which I was for many years.

Definitely worth checking out and seeing if it would be something that interests you!

I only just caught up on this amazing episode of The Coach's Journey.

Amazing for three reasons:

  • Myles Downey is back on the podcast
  • We had Co-Hosts interviewing a guest for the first time, Robbie Swale and Neil Mackinnon
  • The topics they get into and the way they interrogate them between the three of them is mind-expanding

The weight of experience and expertise that Myles brings alongside a continuing curiosity to really imagine new possibilities are a joy to listen to and learn from.

Some particular highlights for me included the importance of sometimes being direct when you coach; the way the coaching industry has changed from someone who has been there along the way - and a discussion of Nadal's tennis approach vs Federer's (I'm Team Fed all the way).

Oh, and Myles's answer to one question 'Alcohol' made me laugh- listen out for that!
