Highlights
I'm excited to share that I have graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and have been named to the Dean's List, awarded to the top 10% of the class. This caps off an eventful 2023, moving to the U.S. from Australia, passing the California Bar Exam, obtaining the CIPP/US certification and joining Dickenson Peatman & Fogarty, a preeminent wine law firm based in Napa, California.
I couldn't have done this without the wonderful support from friends, family, mentors and colleagues - thank you!
For any other international lawyers considering a move to the U.S., please feel free to reach out! I'd love to share my experience to help others feel less intimidated by the move. It may be challenging, but it's so rewarding - what scares you the most is probably what will make you grow the most too.
Honoured to have my admission as a Lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales moved by my incredible mentor Rebecca S.! Thank you to family, friends and colleagues for their endless support - could not have done it without you!
