Alexandra Bleile is a dedicated professional with a multidisciplinary background in psychology, social and political science, and global public/mental health.

With over 9 years of experience, she has worked on various projects and programs in countries like Peru, Guatemala, Kenya, Uganda, Jordan, and Burundi, focusing on MHPSS, public health, violence-prevention, and education initiatives.

Her expertise lies in managing and coordinating quantitative and qualitative research, assisting in program development and monitoring, especially in low-resource and conflict-affected settings to address real-life public health challenges.

Alexandra is passionate about supporting and empowering underserved populations, particularly children, women, and families, aiming for equitable access to quality services that promote dignity and holistic well-being.

She is multilingual, fluent in German, English, Spanish, and French, and utilizes these languages in her work to engage with diverse communities effectively.

In her academic journey, Alexandra pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Global Mental Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London, and King's College London. Additionally, she holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Social Science Psychology from the University of Glasgow.

Furthermore, she completed her German High School Diploma at Felix-Klein Gymnasium in Goettingen.

Throughout her career, Alexandra has held various roles in organizations such as War Child Holland, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Buena Semilla Project, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

Her experiences include being a Lead Researcher, Project Manager, Research Consultant, Associate in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support, Project Coordinator, Research Assistant, Assistant Psychologist, and various internship roles in renowned institutions and organizations.

Alexandra also engages in personal interests such as cycling, dancing, hiking, and enjoying nature, highlighting a well-rounded approach to life.
