Alicia Shiu is a growth-oriented product lead with a background in B2B SaaS and consumer media. She was one of the early employees at Amplitude, initially focusing on marketing and later transitioning to become the first growth product manager. Alicia has worked in growth and core product roles at startups like Amplitude and Whimsical, as well as at KQED, a prominent NPR/PBS member station in San Francisco.

Alicia Shiu is driven by a desire to make a positive impact both within organizations and in society. Her time at KQED reflects this commitment, and she is currently undertaking a Terra.do climate fellowship to enhance her knowledge of climate change and potential solutions.

In terms of education, Alicia Shiu holds a terminal Master of Science from a neuroscience PhD program at Stanford University, a Master of Science in Medicine from Stanford University School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.

Her professional experience includes roles such as Senior Product Manager at BioRender, Lead Product Manager at Whimsical, Advisor at Enterpret, Director of Product at KQED, as well as various product and marketing positions at Amplitude. She has also pursued a PhD at Stanford University.

Alicia Shiu's diverse expertise in product management, growth strategies, and marketing, coupled with her educational background in neuroscience, medicine, and biomedical engineering, positions her as a versatile professional with a unique perspective on driving innovation and impact within organizations.
