🌟 Embracing New Beginnings 🌟 Dear LinkedIn community,
I hope this post finds you all in good health and high spirits. Life has a way of surprising us, and I wanted to share a personal update with all of you. After an incredible journey at Medallia, a chapter has come to an end as I navigate the path of being laid off. While this transition wasn't something I had anticipated, I firmly believe that every twist in our journey leads to new opportunities and growth.
My time at Medallia was more than just a job; it was a period of growth, learning, and building meaningful connections with talented colleagues. The memories and experiences I've gained will forever hold a special place in my heart.
As I take a moment to reflect, I am reminded of the resilience and strength that lies within each of us. I am excited to embark on a new adventure and to explore fresh avenues where I can contribute my skills, expertise, and unwavering passion. Change might be daunting, but it's also the catalyst for personal and professional evolution.
I am open to new opportunities where I can continue to make a positive impact, learn from amazing individuals, and grow in ways I hadn't even imagined. If you know of any roles or projects that align with my experience in Diversity and Inclusion and or Employee Experience, I would greatly appreciate your insights and connections.
Thank you to my incredible network for your ongoing support and encouragement. Your kindness and positivity remind me that we're never alone on this journey. Here's to embracing change, chasing dreams, and creating a future that's even brighter than our past.
Please feel free to connect with me or reach out. Wishing you all continued success, happiness, and inspiring journeys ahead.. #OpenToWork #jobsearch #diversityandinclusion
I joined Medallia because I needed to join a company that not only wasn’t performative but also had a leadership team that cared. I needed to also have a manager that put their team first and truly understood what it means to be a people manager. And for the first time ever in my career for the past nearly 3 years I’ve felt seen, heard and empowered. I was one of two first hires on Lauren Jackman’s DEIB team and it has been amazing to be apart of such an impactful team. I look forward to growing our DEIB practices, programs and team, and I cannot wait to look back in another 3 years at all that we’ve accomplished.
If you want to know what we’ve been up to since 2020, check out the blog below written by my wonderful manager.
