Highlights
I am delighted to announce I have graduated from Aston University with a 2:1 in BSc Psychology with a placement year!
My degree and time at university allowed me challenge myself and build resilience. I particularly enjoyed my placement year as an HR Intern at the LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) where I learned how valuable people are to a business.
I wanted to say a huge thank you to my lecturers, friends and family for supporting me throughout this journey.
Here's to the next chapter where I am excited to start as an Early Careers Junior Recruitment Consultant at Dartmouth Partners!
Last Friday I finished my year’s placement at the LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), as part of the learning and career development team.
I am grateful to have had such an incredible experience and would like to thank Karen Burke, Asi DeGani and the Early Careers team for being so supportive throughout my time here.
The year has flown by. Based within the learning and career development team I have also experienced several other areas of HR including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, leadership, and business partnering. I’ve loved being involved in the launch of Career Navigator, and taking part in diversity and inclusion events, including a roundtable with our CEO. I’ve been able to network with people across the business globally and have shared with younger students what it’s like to work here – it’s an amazing place!
I will really miss working here but excited to go back to university to complete the final year of my BSc Psychology degree at Aston University!
