Caught in the wild: TOTALITY conference making waves at Atlanta Tech Village! 🚀
Just spotted this eye-catching display for the upcoming TOTALITY conference by Sales Rebellion. It's awesome to see the buzz building for this groundbreaking sales event happening Sep 27-29 in Knoxville. TOTALITY promises "a rebellious approach to bad-ass business people love" -- now that's a sales conference I can get behind! 💪
Shoutout to The Sales Rebellion team & supporters (I see you there, Erich Starrett Dale Dupree!)

Y'all, I'm devastated for Islandpreneur -- about 10 of the 40 women #entrepreneurs who were attending next week's event in Sint Maarten now can't go, because JetAir Caribbean just filed for bankruptcy (story linked) and canceled ALL FLIGHTS from Curaçao as of Tuesday. What's more, the attendees are now out the cost of that plane fare due to bankruptcy funds freeze.
These women work incredibly hard, with very little resources, and it breaks my heart that they were trying to gain access to global markets* and make life better for them and their families only to have it canceled through no fault of their own. Making them have to eat the flight cost is salt in that wound, frankly.
It's only a 3-hour flight between the two islands. But all other current flight options require at least 1 stop and take 22+ hours because they go back to Miami first.
These islands rely on tourism dollars and international tourists fly in and out on private planes all the time, but when locals need an airline, it no longer exists.
If you're a corporation or HNW person in my network who's been looking for a philanthropic gesture, I would say booking a plane for hardworking women entrepreneurs to get them to a conference where they can get access to markets and business resources and learn to grow their own companies would be the move to make. Just a thought.
