I’m not one for posting on here, but yesterday was a hard day as some of my own team members and many other colleagues I work with regularly were part of the #salesforce layoffs.
Having gone through something like this before in my career, I know firsthand how disorienting it can be. I can also say with the luxury of hindsight that some of my best career experiences (and surprises) came from what followed that unexpected layoff. You never know what new doors can open.
With that said, knowing that better things are ahead does not make the day-to-day when you are going through something easier. I want to offer my support to anyone impacted as they navigate their next steps, whether a connection to someone in my network or just an ear to listen, now or down the road.
