Attending Mikki Williams, CSP, CPAE Speaker School event in Naples this week was like stumbling into a broadway show that also happened to change my life. After spending what felt like an eternity stuck in Zoom purgatory since 2020, I stalked Mikki's LinkedIn profile like a lost puppy looking for a home. From our very first phone call, I knew I was in for an adventure.
Mikki's promise to turn us from awkward "talkers" into inspirational speakers had me intrigued, especially since I've been wrangling with big change management this year and desperately needed to up my game.
