As I close the chapter of almost 12 years at Grammarly, I wanted to express my gratitude for the amazing journey and experiences I've had here. And if I had to sum up my thoughts and feelings in a single word, it would be "gratefulness"!
I feel so fortunate to have had the privilege of working with incredibly talented, intelligent, and inspiring people during my time here. I've learned so much from each and every individual.
I am especially grateful for my team. They have been an essential part of my journey at Grammarly, and I cannot thank them enough. I was surrounded by passionate, dedicated, creative, and driven-to-succeed people who always set the highest bar.
I am also very grateful for the opportunity to work with some of the best leaders in the industry who have been my role models, mentors, and great source of inspiration. They challenged me to strive for excellence, overcome my fears, and I am thankful for all the support they gave me.
I will always treasure the lessons, challenges, ups and downs, wins, growth, and all the opportunities that came with building and growing the team, as well as launching the hiring process in new locations. I am grateful for the lifelong friends I met here and for the unforgettable memories that I will always hold dear. 💚
While I am closing this chapter and taking a little break to reflect and recharge, I look forward to seeing what the next one holds!
My calendar reminded me that we were supposed to attend Imagine Dragons concert today, have fun, dance, laugh, live... But instead, it's the 100th day of the devastating war that russia has waged on our land. It's already summer, but it's the 100th day of February 24. The 100th day of the genocide of the Ukrainian people. The 100th day of grief, deaths, destroyed lives and homes. The 100th day of the horrifying crimes committed by russians, the crimes you stop breathing when learning about them. The 100th day of the nightmare.
It's the 100th day of the war, and we are 100 days closer to our victory! Glory to our unconquered Armed Forces, who defend our country and freedom with unbelievable courage 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦.
Help us fight this pure evil by speaking to your representatives, peacefully protesting, donating to Ukraine's Armed Forces, who protect the world against the tyranny. https://lnkd.in/eCtcaXMF https://lnkd.in/eGfeBFvR

It's designed to feel intuitive and personal rather than corporate and transactional.
