Andrew Boardman, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience, transitioned from his role as founder and principal of Manoverboard to serve as the creative director at Mangrove, a digital agency and Certified B Corp in Northern California.

With a strong background in managing fellowship programs and working at a large digital agency in New York, Andrew's primary focus lies at the intersection of design, user experience, technology, and sustainability, advocating for a progressive, humane web environment.

During his tenure at Manoverboard, the first Certified B Corp in Manitoba, Andrew provided digital solutions to nonprofits, foundations, educational institutions, and impact funds, facilitating social impact through strategic communication and brand identity development.

Andrew's educational achievements include a BA with magna cum laude honors from Brown University, an MFA in Fine Arts from the University at Albany, and certifications in Media Studies and Design and Visual Communications from The New School and Akademia Sztuk Pięknych im. Jana Matejki w Krakowie respectively.

His vast organizational experience spans roles such as Creative Director at Mangrove Web Development, Instructor at University of Manitoba and Red River College, and leadership positions at Graphic Designers of Canada, Manitoba Chapter. Additionally, Andrew has held key positions at Manoverboard Inc., Oven Digital, and The Rockefeller Foundation.
