He previously held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Dcode, overseeing technology scouting, marketing, sales, partnerships, and investments.

As a former Obama appointee, Andrew McMahon played a significant role in reshaping how the federal government approaches investments in people, technology, and processes to enhance public and business services. He was instrumental in establishing initiatives like 18F, the Presidential Innovation Fellows Program, and the GSA's Technology Transformation Service.

Andrew brings a wealth of experience in venture capital, operations, business development, government, technology policy, and politics. Before his career in the corporate world, he was a dedicated middle school teacher and coach.

Andrew McMahon pursued a Master of Public Policy from the Irving B. Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and earned a BA in Philosophy and History from Boston College.
