It's been two years since BCD was acquired by RIPCO - Time flies!
While the initial transition was difficult (for me), there is not a single moment that I rue the decision. RIPCO has met, or exceeded, every expectation in terms of culture, resources, and industry reputation. My only regret has been not getting to know my colleagues better (yet) - A really talented group and, more importantly, incredibly high-quality people.
Shout out to Tony Pavli, Michael Fasano, Erica Lowenthal Detorie, Gene Spiegelman, Mark Kaplan, Todd Cooper, and Peter Ripka for their stewardship and creating a special culture.
Appreciation and love to the leaders of the various "support" teams at RIPCO for being the backbone of the business: Brenda Wei Kuo, Andie Miller (Migden), Ronni Sobel, Jeanne Yee, and Marissa Sparke.
Too many fantastic brokers to start naming...
Finally, thank you to my partners, Dillon Ross and Jon Paul Pirraglia, for their tireless efforts and extraordinary contribution to our team's success.
Excited for the future at RIPCO!
