Andy Lozier

Andy Lozier is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in strategy, business development, and innovation across the healthcare, consumer, and technology sectors.

He founded a digital health company and previously spearheaded the New Ventures & Business Incubation function at OhioHealth, focusing on disruptive technologies, strategic partnerships, and internal service commercialization.

Andy's experience includes leadership roles at notable organizations such as The Boston Consulting Group, The Wendy's Company, Orbitz, Groupon, and Credit Suisse Securities/UBS Investment Bank, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions totaling over $15 billion.

He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems & Cognitive Science from Boston College, as well as executive coursework in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Andy is the founder and Managing Director of Odin Merchant Partners, an advisory firm for consumer-focused technology companies.

He is actively involved in healthcare innovation as a former Healthcare Innovation Speaker/Panelist at OhioHealth and has held various leadership positions in strategy, business development, and corporate development at renowned companies.

In his personal life, Andy enjoys creating art, restoring his Victorian home, and watching classic films with his family and beloved dog.
