I got myself the then newly launched Bose SoundSport Nothing too impressive 😶🌫️
What irked me most, on calls Only right earplug worked 🤮
In its 3rd year the battery 🪫 started to drain out Like water to sponge 🧽
A close friend super irked with his own set of Bose 👀 Gave away his to me & got himself Apple Airpods

I stashed aside my older Bose plug👣 And started using his, a year latter, same issue Battery kept draining out
I did what most would do, get in touch with CC To get the battery 🔋 replaced, on both sets
I get a mail back saying 😤 “these earbuds are non repairable” (see pic)
On digging, leaned Bose aftersales is an Archille heel They have outsourced aftersales to TVS Eletronics
I mean come on, you are selling premium earplugs That are non repairable, can’t change batteries on it🙆🏻♂️
Lip service to a sustainable 🌎 you see INR28K use and throw earplugs, ludicrous ☠️

I was doing my research 👀 I zeroed in on Sony, Bose (just as a proxy) & JBL All retailing at almost the same price point
I was skeptical on ANC or Automatic Noise Cancellation You see it’s a tricky one 🥷 ANC, also do have a constant buzz 🐝 sound
Not only is it irritating, but also life threatening 🔪
I might have got overly dramatic, but point is

• App allows to customise to the last T • Battery life that I got was over 50 hrs • Build quality & materials used is totally chic🫶🏻 • Best feature that got me hooked is Spatial Sound • Super practical travel case
And yes the batteries are replaceable
