Highlights
I recently had the privilege of delivering a talk on 'Interface Design in Healthcare' at the Smart Health Lab in the Samsung Advanced Institute for Health Sciences & Technology. Engaging with medical staff, researchers, and PhD students was truly inspiring.
It’s always enlightening to hear non-designers' perspectives on design, which helps me avoid becoming too entrenched in a 'designers-only' mindset. This is why I particularly value developing design solutions in collaboration with non-design professionals. Their insights are crucial, especially in a healthcare setting, adding depth and different expertise that enhance the impact of our work.
I don't mean to sound cheesy, but I believe good design transcends design-only practice; it stems from clear rationale and collaboration, driven by a deep compassion for humanity. :)
I had so many support from amazing mentors when I had career transition from art direction to digital product design world. I’d love to give back and support to anyone needs my help. Happy to join mentoring designers on adalist.org :)
