Annette Zou is a multi-disciplinary designer with expertise in UX design, game design, service design, visual design, and design research. She has a proven track record of applying design to various challenges across different systems and scales.

Annette's work is centered around improving access to essential services like healthcare and education, enhancing government services, and creating engaging experiences through products and organizational environments. She is passionate about leveraging design to influence behavior positively and build systems that enhance people's lives.

Annette pursued her education at The Australian National University, where she completed a Master of Environmental Management and Development, as well as a Double Bachelor of Commerce and Asia Pacific Studies.

Throughout her career, Annette has held prominent roles at prestigious organizations. She has served as the Climate Solutions Research Director at Climate Council, Research Collaborator at The Superpower Institute, Designer and Strategic Advisor at Green Ninja, Integrative Strategies and Programs Director at Global ChangeLabs, and Lecturer at Stanford University and Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford (d.school). Additionally, she has been involved in various roles at Stanford ChangeLabs, PentaQuest, ThinkPlace, and RedAtoms.
