Annise Parker
President and CEO
Annise Parker is a prominent American political figure and the current President and CEO of the LGBTQ+ Victory Fund and LGBTQ+ Victory Institute, roles she has held since December 2017. She is recognized as the first openly LGBTQ+ mayor of a major American city, having served as the Mayor of Houston from 2010 to 2016. Parker's political career also includes six years as a Houston City Council member and six years as City Controller, making her the only person in Houston's history to have held all three positions.24
