Anuj Kotak is a dedicated third-year student at Virginia Commonwealth University, pursuing a double major in Biomedical Engineering and Psychology on the Pre-Medicine Track.

He is actively engaged in research focusing on Cardiac MRI (CMR) and Rehabilitation Engineering, with a keen interest in biomedical research, particularly in the development of implantable and wearable medical devices.

Anuj Kotak boasts an impressive education background, holding a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Engineering and Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, where he maintained a perfect GPA of 4.0.

Additionally, he achieved a remarkable GPA of 4.57 at Maggie L. Walker Governor's School and pursued further studies in Medicine & Healthcare on Coursera, as well as Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering through the Virginia Aerospace Science and Technology Scholars Program.

Throughout his academic journey, Anuj has been actively involved in various organizations and roles, including serving as an Emergency Medical Technician Basic at Bensley Bermuda Volunteer Rescue Squad.

He has also held positions as a Research Assistant at VCU Health - Pauley Heart Center - Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging Lab, Co-Founder at ARC Tech, Founder at BrightMinds Academy, Summer Research Fellow at VCU Health, Research Assistant at VCU Engineering - Rehabilitation Lab, and Teaching Assistant at VCU Honors College.

Furthermore, Anuj has contributed to research initiatives at the VCU Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering and gained practical experience as an Intern in Acute Care Surgical Services at VCU Health and as a Junior Volunteer at Bon Secours Health System.
