Danielle Minteer is a highly skilled individual with expertise in clinical trials, adipose tissue, fat grafting, diabetes, wound care, surgery, tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, and implantable medical devices.

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in the same field, both from the University of Pittsburgh.

Danielle has a background in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas, where she participated in the Research Experience for Undergraduates program.

She has a rich work history, including roles such as Scheme Manager for Soft tissue implants at BSI, Co-Founder of Strik3, Scientific and Clinical Trial Project Manager at UPMC, Clinical Research Coordinator and Data Manager at UPMC, Commercial Translation Architect in Biotechnology at sciVelo, Manager of Talent Solutions at Oystir, and an Associate at Korn Ferry.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Danielle Minteer co-founded Strik3, a platform dedicated to assisting STEM PhDs in leveraging their skills for diverse career opportunities outside traditional laboratory settings.
