Highlights
I'm thrilled to share that I've moved back to New York City joining DICE to lead B2B Marketing.
As a music fan, I love finding out tickets to a concert are sold through DICE. DICE means ease, confidence, and peace of mind for concertgoers like myself. Over the past few years, I've become a massive fan of the DICE platform.
It feels incredible returning to music tech at a company that cares so deeply for music fans, artists, promoters, and our culture.
Stoked to learn from amazing leaders like Katie Soo, Andrea Chen, Juan Torres, Jack Driessen, Mike Kennedy, and many more.
Happy New Year. See you at a show!

Here's what my team at Apollo.io did over the last 12 months to carry us to Number 1.
Apollo.io is proudly ranked 1st in Sales Intelligence, Sales Engagement, 3rd Fastest-Growing, and 23rd Highest Satisfaction on G2. 🚀
- Start with Data. 🤓
Some background...
For my first-ever product launch, my team at Pandora spent 6 months building a new feature and 0 minutes asking users. The product failed. Duh. I don't do that anymore.
You need to understand your audience. Start there. Period. User values are constantly shifting, and research is the only way to uncover what you need to be successful. Don't assume a thing.
As Apollo's 1st Product Marketer, my initial project was to build positioning for our CEO.
I could have written something off the hip, but I pushed back. We needed user understanding to get this right.
20 interviews and 500 surveys later, gave us the confidence to deliver exponentially greater quantity and quality in EVERYTHING we do. Don't write, do it right.
Thanks, Tim Zheng, for letting us delay! (Who would have thought the founder of a data company believes in data!)
Thanks to Wynter for messaging help. And the always amazing Anthony Emmanuel M. and Diane Turner for an incredible research team.
- Learn and Win With Your Stack. 🧰
Starting out, we chose, built, and learned our Martech stack like the back of our hands. We carefully chose tools for exact purposes and expected our team to use them with skill.
We can't win as a business if we constantly need specialists for air support. Just because a marketer "isn't technical," doesn't mean they can't learn a tool. No excuses. Stack fluency enables speed, scale, and quality.
Choose the cutting-edge tools and USE the cutting edge tools.

Special shoutout to Xi-Er Dang, who consistently finds new tech and processes to lift all ships.
- Process Makes Perfect. 📋
Annual and quarterly OKR planning is central to Apollo's strategy.
We build databases to track everything. Projects have briefs to unlock information transparency and network effects. Documentation is closest to godliness. As a remote company, it's BEAUTIFUL to have centralized information.
We take time to align ownership based on interest and impact potential. This becomes the foundation to win the year, quarter, week, and day.
Word to Ellen Pratt Betty Jin Lyn Li Che, and more who keep this rocketship on course.
Massive gratitude, appreciation, and celebration for the great people I get to work with each day. Xi-Er Dang Jacob Mieso Sarah Malone and the amazing marketers.
