When I think about the work that I love the most and I feel uniquely prepared for and experienced in, I think about large group interventions. These are large, curated meetings or conferences that bring together a microcosm of the system to help it re-orient towards a changing future. I believe that the need to work across boundaries in service of large systems issues like climate change is going to be more needed now than ever.

I found this video today of me in Jakarta in 2017 at the Asian Organization Development Conference, talking about the history of large group interventions with Barbara Bunker, one of the original women leading this work. This work originated at the organization level and I believe is transcending to be used in a cross-organizational context. If you're curious about what large group interventions are, I encourage you to take a listen to one of the originals in the OD field.
