He served as a Policy Officer, Writer and Researcher, and Advocacy Manager at the International Council of Voluntary Agencies (ICVA). Additionally, he held roles such as Humanitarian Adviser at the British Red Cross, Communication Officer at CERAH, and Regional Information Assistant at DG European Commission Humanitarian Aid Office - ECHO.

Furthermore, Arjun Claire has contributed his skills and expertise to organizations such as Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) where he served as an Advocacy Manager and India Communications Coordinator. He also worked as a Programme Assistant at the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) and as a Video Journalist at NDTV.
