What does it mean when a company says they’re committed to fostering an engaging and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and heard? I guess each culture, each market and each leader would have their own take on that. Recently, the Viatris subcluster of Denmark & Norway was named “Great Place to Work”. And in my perspective, the recognition means that these two markets combined have managed to foster a working environment where people care about each other and enjoy the work they do – they feel the purpose. This is key, because it helps us deliver amazing results benefiting the local community and the healthcare systems. When our teams are at their best, our patients benefit the most. That is why I’m very proud to congratulate Jan Stevnsborg and the great employees of Viatris Denmark and Norway for being “Great Place to Work”. #ViatrisDenmark #ViatrisNorway #StrongerTogether #GreatPlacetoWork
